How do I play Meridian 59?
You must obtain a copy of the client software and register for an account.

How much will Meridian 59 cost to play?
After the full commercial Launch, the client software will be free to download. A Meridian 59 account subscription will cost $10.95 per month.

What do I get for $10.95 per month?
You get one account with 2 character slots on a single server. If you wish to obtain another account either on the same server or another, you must purchase it separately for an additional $10.95 per month.

What about the CD you were selling? What does it contain?
That was a special “Limited Edition Pre-Launch Compact Disc”. It is no longer available for sale.

Do I have to have a credit card? Can I pay with cash or a check?
Currently you can order by MasterCard, Visa, direct debit, check, money order, PayPal, Citibank's C2it, wire transfer, or even Western Union.

What will show up on my credit card billing statement?
You will see a charge by "Internet Payment Solutions" in the amount of $10.95 per account you pay for.

My account is suspended and I don't know why!
If you or someone using your account has behaved inappropriately in game you may have been suspended for your actions. In this case, you should receive an email from our Help department explaining why the account was suspended. Remember that you are responsible for the actions of anyone using your account.
